Senior Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Plan and manage all TIBU Health Product deployment projects ensuring that they are successfully completed in accordance with established scope, timelines, budgets, risks management, quality and technical standards.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from contract finalization through implementation.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements and Qualifications

Broad experience in managing deployment of technology related projects.
Extensive experience deploying enterprise grade software.
Strong leadership, accountability and collaborative skills with a high degree of ethical standards and integrity.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Excellent decision making, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Refined customer service, communication, problem solving, negotiating, planning and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility.
Advanced understanding of project management practices, methodologies, tools and techniques.
Focused and self-motivated approach to work.
High mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency and knowledge of hardware, software and operating systems environments.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Professional Qualification - PMP, PRINCE II - is preferred.
